phrelx Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phrelx ("phrelx," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phrelx online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account on phrelx, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the phrelx platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phrelx Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the phrelx platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Service, or otherwise be in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is lawful.
• You must not be a person who has been excluded from gambling activities by any regulatory authority, court order, or self-exclusion program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phrelx, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phrelx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) phrelx account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phrelx reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.

When registering your phrelx account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phrelx is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phrelx login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account, including GCash, PayMaya, or email accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your phrelx account where available.
• Notify phrelx immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

phrelx will never request your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phrelx that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on phrelx are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph relx supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the platform from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your phrelx wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• phrelx does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your phrelx account.
• phrelx reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its verification procedures.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your phrelx account.
• phrelx reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours, subject to verification requirements.
• phrelx reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to phrelx's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. phrelx may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.

phrelx may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all phrelx promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phrelx reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active on a phrelx account at any given time, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• phrelx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Any attempt to abuse phrelx's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the phrelx platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering more than one phrelx account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place wagers, or meet wagering requirements.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to phrelx immediately. Exploiting a known vulnerability constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with your use of phrelx.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phrelx staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phrelx platform.

phrelx reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the phrelx platform — including but not limited to the phrelx name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of phrelx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phrelx platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the phrelx platform without prior written consent.
• Use the phrelx name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any phrelx content.

Any unauthorised use of phrelx intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the phrelx platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 13.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrelx and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phrelx platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond phrelx's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the Service for any reason, including scheduled maintenance.

phrelx's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phrelx account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phrelx's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phrelx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

phrelx provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phrelx account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phrelx platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phrelx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phrelx reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the phrelx platform will be immediately revoked.
• Any pending bonus funds or wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to phrelx.

You may also request the closure of your phrelx account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phrelx arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or wager, phrelx's decision — based on its review of server-side game logs and records — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

phrelx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phrelx will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the phrelx platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
